For this project, I created a 30-second how-to video on making strawberry shortcakes to practice recording and editing concise content. I focused on food presentation, opting for a tabletop view inspired by the clean and organized style of similar videos. Working in a studio allowed me greater control, where I experimented with new equipment, including a salon arm and studio lights. A black background was used to make the vibrant red strawberries stand out. Despite struggling to perfect the whipped cream at the end, I embraced the imperfection, adding a touch of humor to an otherwise polished and professional video, making it feel more relatable.
